No customer service, they advertise and sell products that they don’t have inventory. Will send you a message once you’ve ordered and paid advising its backordered... no way to reach them by phone or email.
I ordered the parts they had on Webpage in stock, the order did go ok, and they charge my credit card. At the time of closing the order they charged me delivery using two days Purolator Service. When they sent me the receipt confirming the order , a note stated 5 to 10 days delivery.
Nexday I received a second email from them telling me that some components are on back order from suppliers and it will take a couple of weeks for the order to be shipped to me.
Trying to contact Customer Service by phone or email is a nightmare , you need to be on hold for an hour , then at 1 hour of being on hold the line drops and you need to call again. This game can go for a couple of times. Most of the time they do not reply to your mails, the system just opens a ticket. Because I sent email for couple of times without receiving a replay requesting to send parts that were available , under my profile I could find a new ticket being opened per email I sent. A total of 5 , but not user to my request.
After hours on the phone of playing this game, I was able to talk to a representative. Fortunately I managed to have available parts shipped to me.
After three week of paying for the order I am back to the phone tag game trying to cancel the items that are in back order and request a refund.
This is the last time I would buy any parts from their website.
I would like to add: do not get distracted by their discount prices on their Webpage. If it is cheaper than Amazon or Neweggs you will get cuffed by the their game of back order.
Today after waiting for 1h30 minutes I ve' got disconnected , when I call back the automatic messaging system said that do to the high volume of calls they can not transfer me to an agent.

Here is another update on this company.
Last night I finally got through on a graphics card and managed to checkout for a local store pickup of the item. They sent me an email confirmation with my order number and everything. Today I was wondering how long it would normally take them to get the order ready so I called the local store to find out, only to have the people there tell me that THEY HAVE NO GRAPHICS CARDS AT ALL (other than ones that they are placing in their pre-made computers). The woman told me that I could be waiting indefinitely for a card (a year, 2 years... who knows).
This stings me twice. Once because I basically got duped into thinking I actually got a card, and the second time because now that I have this "order" in their system I can't place any other order for any other cards because they have the "one card per household" rule in place.
What kind of company is this? How many ways can they create to completely infuriate their customers?
So, I call their "office"... the rep I spoke to was completely useless, had nothing to say about anything and very quickly became rude with me on the phone, talking over me and doing "MmmHmmm" over me while I was explaining my frustrations. I was VERY polite, as I always am with those workers because I know it isn't their fault. But, they was rude and completely unhelpful.
This will also be THE THIRD TIME THAT I ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER and they always claim that I will get a callback, which never happens.
This company is COMPLETE trash and an embarrassment that this is the best Canada can do for the tech world. Everything they do exacerbates the current issue, making the search for a GPU worse on the customer and they don't even care.
I was told "there is a GPU shortage, sir". To which I replied, "I know, but that doesn't give your company a reason to make things worse on everyone. No company works that way, that's poor business." All I got were crickets on the other end of the line.
Awful Service, return and refund policy. Not Recommended. I will never get anything from Canada Computers!
I got 6 Hard drives opened 3 of them and none of them worked. I want to return all 6 item but they tell me you have to bring opened items and our technicians will check them after that they can exchange it. I don't exchange I need refund. And I will never buy anything from Canada Computers. It is waste of time!
This company is run by a bunch of paranoid liberal fools. Because of Covid 19 I cant return or exchange an open unsued purchase. Its alright for them to sell me something that has been handled by who knows how many people, yet I cant return an item that has been handled only by me... I will never shop there again
awful store. new manager has no manners. its 25 below out. i call them and cant ge anyone to answer the phone, at the store or at the head office. i drag my two toddlers with me and the girl at the door says take them back home, order online and then haul them back out into the cold again. i ask if they could simply bring a computer or phone to the door to help me. The answer is no!! then the manager is dismissive with me and walks away. heartless lowlife. if thats the example the employees follow its no wonder this store is so terrible. I WONT RETURN TO THIS AWFUL STORE.
The worst experience I have had. No response to email tickets also no reason for cancelling the order after 5 days. I ordered the product while it's in stock and waited almost a week to receive an email without any reason: order cancelled.
Thank you for the quality of service you provided to me. I will not purchase even a cable from you.
This company has zero customer support whatsoever. They must purposely cut all their phone lines because I've tried calling into their support line and multiple of their direct store numbers with no response. I've also tried emailing them directly multiple times and have gone two weeks without a response now. I ordered a new CPU from these guys and it purchased two without sending me confirmation. Never order from this company as in their eyes all sales are final and they're just looking to steal your money.
they have good prices sometimes. and that's it. everything else is horrible, you'd rather have to kill yourself than having to talk to an agent. their website takes forever to load, and many times it's written "free shipping Canada wide" under a product but the only option they give you is to pick it up at a store 400km from you.
I had the worst customer service experience ever when buying a monitor that I need for my work.
I purchased a 24 inch Samsung monitor, took it home, connected it and it worked for half hour and then a bunch of lines appeared on the screen and it froze. I took it back immediately (within 1 week of purchase) and they told me that it was damaged and could not be returned and there was nothing they could do. They were not willing to return the item and it was clear they thought it was damaged by me. I went back home and contacted Samsung and requested a warranty claim and sent it back to Samsung. Within 10 days, Samsung returned the monitor and they changed the LCD panel. That’s the last thing I buy from them.
Price adjustment policy is simply a SCAM. You will never get a price adjustment according to their T&C. Bought a laptop for one price, the next day it dropped, but Canada Computers don't consider "on sale price" as a price drop. Just ridiculous.
Wasted my tons of my time for an item refund I still am battling for.
Cannot return ANY items including peripherals once the packaging is open. Ridiculous policy. I get it for certain items like processors, RAM, etc but peripherals? C'mon. Won't be shopping there again.
Purchased a large format printer online June 25. When it didn't arrive in the indicated period (July 9) I e-mailed asking for tracking information. Replied to me with a form letter e-mail order cancellation and no explanation. Printer listed as 9 in stock at three of their various locations at that time. No explanation for that, just out of stock. July 11 - Spent an hour on hold with their "customer service" line *******088. After one hour it said leave a message and hung up on me. July 13 - Spent an hour on hold to other "customer service" line *******400. Same thing happened - it hung up on me after an hour. Informed them by e-mail that I have been in touch with Visa and the BBB. Claims to have processed a refund but nothing has been put back on my card. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
